1. Assist in coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards.
2. Participate in EHS training programs and workshops to develop a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
3. Support the implementation and maintenance of EHS policies and procedures within the organization.
4. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
5. Collaborate with the EHS team to develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote a safety culture within the organization.
6. Assist in the development and delivery of safety awareness campaigns and initiatives to educate employees on best practices for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
7. Prepare and present reports on EHS activities, including incident reports and safety statistics, to management and other stakeholders.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of EHS-related documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance EHS processes and procedures.
10. Act as a role model for EHS best practices and promote a positive safety culture within the organization.
11. Attend EHS-related meetings and training sessions to stay informed and up-to-date on industry standards and regulations.
12. Collaborate with other apprentices and team members to support and learn from each other's experiences.
13. Take ownership of personal development and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow within the organization.
14. Perform any other duties or responsibilities related to the role, as assigned by the EHS team.
