Agile Coach Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Agile Coach Specialist to join Amadeus IT Group! Our ideal candidate will be an agile-minded professional with a passion for driving business results and a commitment to continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have an in-depth understanding of Agile methodology, excellent communication skills, and a strong client-focus.In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Agile practices and processes across the company. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of Agile principles and will provide guidance and training to teams.If you have a proven track record of successfully coaching and mentoring teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the successful implementation of Agile practices and processes across the company
2. Provide guidance and training to teams on Agile methodology
3. Mentor and coach teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
4. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
5. Ensure successful adoption of Agile principles
6. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
7. Monitor and analyze team performance and provide feedback
8. Monitor and track progress against goals and objectives
9. Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of Agile
