Retail Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Assist pharmacists in providing medications to patients in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Ensure prescriptions are processed according to established procedures and protocols.
3. Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns.
4. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and other pharmacy operations.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
6. Process payments, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
8. Assist in training and onboarding new pharmacy technicians.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work space.
10. Remain up-to-date on changes in the pharmacy industry and best practices in pharmacy operations.
