CT Surgery Nurse Practitioner

Altru Health System is looking for an experienced and compassionate CT Surgery Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The CT Surgery Nurse Practitioner will work closely with the surgical team to provide high quality, evidence-based care for patients undergoing CT surgery.The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and a current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of North Dakota. At least two years of experience in CT Surgery or other surgical specialty is preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing patient-centered care. Responsibilities:

1. Provide high quality, evidence-based care for patients undergoing CT surgery.
2. Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure best patient outcomes.
3. Maintain current and unrestricted license to practice in North Dakota.
4. Remain up to date on the latest advances in CT Surgery.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and documents.
6. Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
7. Prescribe medications as needed.
8. Educate patients and families about CT Surgery treatments and procedures.
9. Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed.
10. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong patient relationships.
