Effectively lead Process Engineers, Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, and Engineering Technicians to deliver corporate and site goals and objectives Be a catalyst for People Development. Set structure and fill roles for the Engineering group. Identify areas of development & strengths for direct reports, as well as their support groups, to help drive growth.
