  1. Manage and oversee all real estate activities for the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Bureau (ATF), including but not limited to property acquisitions, sales, leases, and appraisals.
  2. Utilize expertise in real estate principles and practices to support the ATF's mission of protecting communities from violent crimes and illegal activities.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as real estate agents, property owners, and government agencies, to facilitate real estate transactions.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential properties for acquisition or sale, taking into consideration budgetary and operational needs.
  5. Complete comprehensive market studies and cost-benefit analyses to support real estate decisions and ensure the best use of ATF resources.
  6. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for real estate transactions, including leases, purchases, and sales, while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and operations, to ensure real estate activities align with organizational objectives and comply with all policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all real estate transactions and related documents.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in real estate to continuously improve the ATF's real estate processes.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to serving the public and promoting the ATF's mission and values through all real estate activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Real Estate Sales Or Property Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Real Estate License In The State Where The Job Is Located.
