
Information Technology Specialist (System Analyst)

- Develop and maintain critical systems and applications for the ATF to support its mission.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform system analysis and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
- Ensure system security and data integrity by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.
- Maintain and update system documentation and user manuals.
- Train and assist users in utilizing software and systems effectively.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for system upgrades.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to implement new systems and technologies.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures for system development, maintenance, and security.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders to provide updates on system projects and issues.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform necessary maintenance and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ATF employees.
- Continuously improve system processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Systems Analysis, Preferably In The Law Enforcement Or Government Sector.
Proficiency In Various Programming Languages And Database Management Systems.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Information Security And Data Management.
