- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all ATF facilities nationwide.
- Ensure that all facilities are in compliance with federal regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to effectively manage and maintain ATF buildings.
- Oversee a team of building maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or safety issues and address them promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, renovations, and other building projects as needed.
- Create and maintain a budget for building maintenance and operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Serve as the point of contact for any building-related emergencies or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facilities management to implement best practices within the ATF.
- Maintain accurate records of building maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
- Train and educate staff on building safety procedures and protocols.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all building management staff.
- Represent the ATF in a professional manner and uphold the mission and values of the organization.
- Continuously strive to improve the functionality, safety, and efficiency of ATF facilities.
Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: A Building Manager At Atf Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Building Codes And Regulations To Ensure Compliance And Safety Within Atf Buildings.
Experience In Facility Management: Candidates For This Position Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, With A Demonstrated Ability To Oversee Building Maintenance, Repairs, And Renovations.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For A Building Manager, As They Will Be Responsible For Coordinating With Various Departments, Contractors, And Vendors To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of Atf Buildings.
Leadership And Team Management: The Building Manager Will Oversee A Team Of Maintenance And Custodial Staff, Requiring Strong Leadership Skills To Delegate Tasks, Resolve Conflicts, And Motivate Team Members.
