  1. Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all ATF facilities nationwide.
  2. Ensure that all facilities are in compliance with federal regulations and safety standards.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to effectively manage and maintain ATF buildings.
  4. Oversee a team of building maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or safety issues and address them promptly.
  6. Coordinate and schedule repairs, renovations, and other building projects as needed.
  7. Create and maintain a budget for building maintenance and operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  8. Serve as the point of contact for any building-related emergencies or issues.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulations.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facilities management to implement best practices within the ATF.
  11. Maintain accurate records of building maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
  12. Train and educate staff on building safety procedures and protocols.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all building management staff.
  14. Represent the ATF in a professional manner and uphold the mission and values of the organization.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the functionality, safety, and efficiency of ATF facilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: A Building Manager At Atf Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Building Codes And Regulations To Ensure Compliance And Safety Within Atf Buildings.

  • Experience In Facility Management: Candidates For This Position Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, With A Demonstrated Ability To Oversee Building Maintenance, Repairs, And Renovations.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For A Building Manager, As They Will Be Responsible For Coordinating With Various Departments, Contractors, And Vendors To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of Atf Buildings.

  • Leadership And Team Management: The Building Manager Will Oversee A Team Of Maintenance And Custodial Staff, Requiring Strong Leadership Skills To Delegate Tasks, Resolve Conflicts, And Motivate Team Members.
