Job Description

As an ATF support staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to our agents and other personnel.   1. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping to ensure accurate and organized documentation of ATF operations.
  2. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed to support the work of ATF agents and personnel.
  3. Coordinate and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for ATF personnel, ensuring all deadlines and obligations are met.
  4. Answer phone calls and respond to emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and providing necessary information as needed.
  5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing correspondence in a timely manner.
  6. Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and accessible for ATF personnel.
  7. Provide logistical and clerical support for meetings, trainings, and other events, including scheduling, set-up, and coordination of materials.
  8. Collaborate with other administrative support staff to ensure efficient and effective operations within the ATF.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges in administrative processes and procedures, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
