
Service Desk Analyst
Service Desk Analyst I and II duties and responsibilities. Provide Tier 2 technical support to resolve routine technical problems. Participate in troubleshooting more complex problems requiring additional technical resources. Act as Problem/Outage Coordinator by leading and directing response/resolution efforts for complex system problem/outages until Outage Coordinator duties are assumed by senior IM personnel. Provide timely and accurate notifications on an ongoing basis to designated credit union management and staff. Assist in training Service Desk Analyst I and II positions. Maintain current professional and technical knowledge pertaining to industry standards and best practices in the field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred.
Six years demonstrable experience managing enterprise systems
MCSA for currently supported Windows Server required.
