Job Description

Do you have a passion for aviation and a desire to join the ranks of Alaska Airlines Pilots? We are looking for passionate, experienced Pilots to join our team. Our Pilots are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.The qualifications for the Pilot role at Alaska Airlines include: a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot License, a valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate, and a minimum of 2,000 hours of total flight time. Additionally, it is preferred that the candidate have a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience flying in the Alaska Airlines service area is also highly desirable. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot License
  • Maintain a valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • Accrue a minimum of 2,000 hours of total flight time
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, if possible
  • Have experience flying in the Alaska Airlines service area, if possible
