
Network Planning Analyst
At Alaska Airlines, we are looking for a Network Planning Analyst who is passionate about driving optimal airline network performance. Our ideal candidate is an experienced and analytical professional with a customer-service mindset and the ability to drive creative solutions to complex airline network challenges.The Network Planning Analyst will work with the Network Planning team to maximize our network performance while ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of airline network planning, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of airline network planning experience, a Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field, and a thorough understanding of airline network principles. Experience in a leadership role and/or in a customer-facing role is highly desired. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize airline network performance to drive customer satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to complex airline network challenges.
- Monitor airline network performance and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize network performance.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of network plans.
- Provide guidance and support to the network planning team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as a leader and mentor to junior team members.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and present proposals and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with airline industry trends and best practices.
