
Network Planning Analyst
At Alaska Airlines, we are looking for a talented and motivated Network Planning Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development of our flight network, and will work closely with our network planning, scheduling, and revenue teams to make sure that our flight operations meet the needs of our customers.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in network planning and/or revenue management. The ability to think critically and analytically, interpret data, and analyze complex problems is key to success in this role.Our Network Planning Analyst must also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels. A passion for air travel and a desire to make customers' journeys as comfortable and enjoyable as possible is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the flight network to ensure the needs of the customer are met.
- Analyze complex data and problems to uncover network optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with network planning, scheduling, and revenue teams to ensure operational objectives are met.
- Monitor and analyze trends in air travel to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide stakeholders with accurate and up-to-date information on flight network operations.
- Research and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
- Remain current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
