HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
3. Provide HR advice and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
4. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
5. Facilitate and coordinate employee training and development programs.
6. Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs.
7. Maintain employee records and files, including payroll and personnel records.
8. Monitor and update HR software systems.
9. Monitor and report on key HR metrics.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
