Job Description

At Alaska Airlines, we are looking for a passionate, reliable, and experienced Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional service to our customers. Our ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who is available to work flexible hours and is dedicated to making our customers' travel experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.The successful candidate will bring a positive attitude to their work, have strong communication skills, and take pride in being able to provide our customers with the highest level of service. They must also be able to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in high-pressure situations. A minimum of one year of customer service experience and a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers of Alaska Airlines.
  2. Effectively communicate with customers to resolve any issues or complaints.
  3. Proactively suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Demonstrate a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor with customers.
  5. Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  6. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Ensure compliance with Alaska Airlines policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  9. Ensure all customer service standards are met.
  10. Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet customer needs.
  11. Possess a valid driver's license.
  12. Have a minimum of one year of customer service experience.
