Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the airport.
- Ensure flight safety and security by checking identification, tickets, and ensuring that all passengers are in compliance with the airline's safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
- Assist with general airport operations, such as checking luggage, boarding passengers, and providing flight information.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
