As a Customer Service Agent with Alaska Airlines, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring flight safety and security, and helping with the general operations of the airport. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, so top-notch customer service skills are a must. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be a part of our team dedicated to providing an exceptional travel experience to our passengers.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills and prior experience in a customer service role. You should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet passengers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the airport.
  2. Ensure flight safety and security by checking identification, tickets, and ensuring that all passengers are in compliance with the airline's safety regulations.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to passengers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
  4. Assist with general airport operations, such as checking luggage, boarding passengers, and providing flight information.
  5. Multitask in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  7. Follow all company policies and procedures.
