Job Description

Serve as a champion for the Trust org and act as the primary contact for regional partners and/or organizations. Manage logistics of individual projects from start to finish, including identifying and scoping opportunities, aligning with different teams and functions, advancing contractual agreements, coordinating rollouts, and managing budgets. Ensure that weekly, monthly and quarterly goals are met; manage and track budgets; regularly evaluate/report back to Trust leadership both qualitative and quantitative impact of initiatives. Foster and build external relationships both with industry peers and broader networks to inform evolution of strategy. Remain up to date on relevant industry issues that may impact strategic areas of focus.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience in managing strategic external engagement initiatives. Experience in safety is highly preferred

  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations, multilateral organizations and policy makers is a plus

  • Proven track record of supporting multi-faceted partnerships with the public and private sector

  • Strong ability to build and maintain external relationships
