Job Description

We are looking for a Trust Implementation Team Program Manager to join Airbnb's team and help lead our efforts to build trust with our host and guest communities. This position requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about building trust and creating a positive user experience.The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a program management or project management role, as well as a background in customer service, trust, or hospitality. The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate should have a deep understanding of the Airbnb platform and possess the necessary technical skills to drive the implementation of trust initiatives.
