We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and customer-obsessed Service Design Lead to join Airbnb’s Design Team. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of service design processes, a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and a desire to create meaningful experiences.To succeed in this role, you must have a strong portfolio of service design projects, a proven ability to deliver customer-centric experiences, and a successful track record in leading product design and development initiatives. You’ll need to be able to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from marketing and customer service, to engineering and product management.
