Job Description

The Public Policy and Strategic Engagement Program Manager at AirBnB is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the company’s public policy initiatives. As the Program Manager, you will use your expertise in public policy and strategic engagement to develop, execute and manage AirBnB’s public policy strategy. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about public policy and will bring strong communication, organizational and relationship-building skills to the team.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in public policy, strategic engagement, or related field. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. In addition, you should have excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
