Job Description

At Airbnb, we’re looking for an experienced and creative Manager, Experience Design - Airbnb.org to join our team. As a key leader in the Design team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering experiences that are both user-centric and aligned with our organizational goals.You should have a passion for creating experiences that are both intuitive and delightful, and a deep understanding of how design and research can be used to improve user experience. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, be an effective communicator, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Our ideal candidate will have:• 7+ years of experience in UX and design, with a proven track record of success• Experience with user research, usability testing, and design principles• Experience leading a team of experience designers• Expert-level knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision• Proficiency with HTML/CSS and JavaScript• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentIf you’re passionate about creating amazing user experiences and have a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
