You’ll create and implement a vision for keeping our employees informed, motivated, and engaged. You’ll take a broad view of change management for an evolving organization that is actively building and scaling our teams. In this role, you’ll be asked to support leaders in assessing and planning for the impact changes have on employees, the organization, and our ability to do great work. Lead the creation and execution of employee engagement and development strategies. Gather input and generate insights to improve the employee experience. Assess organizational needs based on short- and long-term business goals and provide thought leadership, change management, and /or project management to enable long term engagement. Build participation in learning and development curriculum. Develop new or revamp existing content as needed to support employee engagement and growth.
8+ years of people engagement, experience and/or relevant education.
2+ years experience in a change management focused role.
Strong track record of organizing and executing engagement strategies, facilitating consensus building, contracting
Background in women’s rights, children’s rights, criminal justice reform, trust & safety preferred.
