Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Policy Senior Manager to join the Airbnb team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global commercial policy strategy. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement proactive strategies to drive the company's objectives.To be successful in this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in law, policy, or related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in the policy space. You should have a deep understanding of the legal and policy landscape, as well as a proven track record of developing and executing successful global policy initiatives. You should also have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects.We are looking for a strategic thinker and problem solver who has a passion for policy, and is excited to partner with stakeholders to develop and implement successful initiatives.
