Laboratory Technician

Analysis of DI water and semiconductor grade chemicals for trace metal impurities by use of ICPMS and GFAA instrumentation. Participate in other analyses as assigned to the spectroscopy laboratory in the Chemical Services Laboratory. Making metal standards, eluent mixtures and titration solutions Interpretations of analytical data and report generation. Participate in the documentation of quality control standards and analytical results. Responsible for the documentation of quality control standards and analytical results. Active participation in optimization of sample cycle time and continuous laboratory improvements. Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift. Some holiday and weekend coverage required.
