Inventory Control Coordinator

Process incoming receipts of Raw Materials and non-stock items in collaboration with shipping and receiving department. Evaluate production job sheets turned in daily for accuracy vs ERP inventory levels. Perform brief investigation of errors, document them in system, and follow up with appropriate supervisor for resolution. Perform Data entry of production information provided on job sheets. Create shipping dispatch number for daily shipments after all necessary paperwork has been completed. Scan all completed shipping documents into Archives. Update analytical information in lot details for every production job sheet. Complete inventory transfers between the sites. Identifying recipe discrepancies versus actual and making requests for updates to ensure accuracy. Dispatch cylinders to make cylinders available to ship to customers. File all completed shipping documents into file cabinets.
