
Payroll Coordinator
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible to process Associate payroll making sure the correct IRS withholding taxes and relevant deductions. This individual may also assist HR and/or Benefits with special reports and various projects as needed. Perform correct data entry into the company payroll system. Monitor and assure compliance between corporate policy and current IRS regulations.
At least 3 years multi-state payroll experience in an hourly labor environment
UltiPro proficiency in Payroll & Timekeeping software
Multi-state payroll processing experience.
Knowledge of applicable state & federal wage & hour laws.
