Job Description

The Senior Manager -Merchant Processing Operations is responsible for Aimbridge’s portfolio of domestic hotels’ credit card processing operations, including onboarding of new properties’ merchant IDs merchant ID management, EMV (chip and pin) implementations, property servicing issues, chargeback and interchange qualification management, internal and external communications as well as reporting and relationship management with credit card processors and gateway providers. The position is also responsible for support to internal stakeholders, including hotel operations and hotel finance, , senior management and accounting associates.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability to work with deadlines and take a creative approach to problem resolution.

  • 8+ years in a merchant processing role; preferably in the lodging industry

  • Experience with credit card processing and gateways through point of sale and property management systems
