Job Description

The Digital Sales Manager will collaborate with the hotel sales team and partner with the eCommerce team to increase the online sales revenue of for one or more hotels. This role will be responsible to identify and capture sales revenue through digital channels. The Digital Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting and becoming familiar with all digital channels relevant to his/her market segments where online leads/RFPs are received. Utilize internet/digital skill set to uncover and qualify leads with the highest conversion opportunity Implement effective Internet sales initiatives strategies and action plans to generate top line revenue by online lead generating channels. Monitor uncover & qualify marketing opportunities that will benefit the hotel through online activity by assigned segment(s). Design and implement solutions to meet booking goals.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary
