Job Description

At Agoda, we’re looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Team Coordinator to join our team and create engaging content for our global social media presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and have a deep understanding of how to use social media to increase brand awareness, build relationships, and drive online sales.This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, tech-savvy professional who loves social media and is excited to join a fast-growing team. We’re looking for someone who has experience leading a social media team and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically and come up with innovative ideas. Additionally, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.If you’re passionate about social media and have the skills we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales • Create compelling content for social media outlets that is on-brand and in line with company goals • Develop relationships with influencers, media outlets, and other organizations to increase brand reach • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with team members to ensure all content is in-line with brand standards • Manage and coordinate the social media team to ensure all tasks are completed on-time and in-line with expectations • Research emerging social media trends and best practices to ensure the team is up-to-date on the latest industry developments • Assist with other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
