
Senior Manager/ Manager Talent Acquisition
At Agoda, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager/ Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team in Bangkok. This role is critical to the success of our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about attracting, recruiting, and onboarding the right talent.We are looking for someone who is an organized, highly-motivated, and detail-oriented individual. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a proven track record of successfully building relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. A deep understanding of various recruitment methodologies is a must.If you are passionate about talent acquisition and have the right qualifications, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and outside recruitment agencies.
- Utilize various recruitment methodologies, such as job postings, referrals, and headhunting, to source and recruit qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.
- Develop and implement recruitment metrics and track recruitment performance.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Keep up to date with current labor laws and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
