
Product Operations Administrator
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Product Operations Administrator to join the Agoda team. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update product operations, ensuring optimal performance.
- Analyze and troubleshoot product-related issues.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and processes.
- Monitor product performance and report on any improvements or changes needed.
- Monitor changes in the marketplace and develop strategies to stay ahead of competition.
- Provide support and guidance to the product team.
- Manage customer service inquiries and complaints.
- Track product metrics and prepare reports for product team.
