Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Product Operations Administrator to join the Agoda team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and product management, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our product operations, ensuring that our products are operating at peak performance and providing support and guidance to our product team. To be successful in this position, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update product operations, ensuring optimal performance.
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot product-related issues.
  3. Develop and implement operational procedures and processes.
  4. Monitor product performance and report on any improvements or changes needed.
  5. Monitor changes in the marketplace and develop strategies to stay ahead of competition.
  6. Provide support and guidance to the product team.
  7. Manage customer service inquiries and complaints.
  8. Track product metrics and prepare reports for product team.
  9. Assist in the development and execution of product-related initiatives. 10.Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective product operations.
