At Agoda, we are looking for a talented and organized Office & Facility Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual who is experienced in managing the day-to-day operations of an office environment. You will be the go-to person for all office and facility-related matters, helping to ensure the smooth running of the office and providing support to our employees.To excel in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of office management and facilities management processes. You should be an excellent communicator, have great problem-solving skills, and be highly organized. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all day-to-day operations of the office and facilities.
  2. Ensure the office and facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.
  3. Develop and implement office management and facilities management processes.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  5. Oversee office staff and coordinate administrative tasks.
  6. Organize office activities and events.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any office and facility-related issues.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office and facility expenses.
  9. Manage all office and facility-related purchases and supplies.
  10. Monitor security systems and ensure safety procedures are followed.
