Job Description

We are looking for a talented Manager, Marketing Strategy & Analytics, to join our Agoda team and create a successful marketing strategy! This role requires a creative and data-driven individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.The ideal candidate should have an educational background in marketing, economics, mathematics, or statistics, and must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be able to combine their knowledge and experience in data analytics and marketing strategy to drive growth and success of our products and services.As our Manager, Marketing Strategy & Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a wide range of marketing activities and strategies across our products and services. You will analyse data, identify trends and insights, and use that information to inform marketing decisions. You will also be expected to manage our marketing budget and track the effectiveness of our campaigns.This is a leadership role that requires an experienced and confident individual with excellent strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing activities and strategies across Agoda's products and services.
  2. Analyze data, identify trends and insights, and use that information to inform marketing decisions.
  3. Manage the marketing budget and track the effectiveness of campaigns.
  4. Lead strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving initiatives.
  5. Work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
  7. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies where necessary.
  8. Develop reports and presentations outlining progress and results.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Manager, Marketing Strategy & Analytics in Bangkok, Thailand is THB 90,000 to THB 135,000 per month. This range is based on the average salary for the position as reported by employers in the region.
