Job Description

Agoda is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager/Associate Manager, Technical Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant field, including experience with API integrations, partner relationship management and project management.We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who can take initiative and show strong problem solving skills. As Manager/Associate Manager, Technical Partnerships, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with our partners, ensuring that technical integration and operations objectives are met. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with external partners to ensure technical integration and operational objectives are met.
  2. Develop and execute projects related to technical partnerships, including API integrations, partner relationship management, and project management.
  3. Monitor and track progress of technical partnership projects.
  4. Analyze and report on data to ensure technical requirements are met and partner satisfaction is maintained.
  5. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of partner projects.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with partner integrations.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  9. Prepare and present reports on the progress of projects.
  10. Work closely with the sales team to ensure technical requirements are met.
