Lead / Staff Software Engineer

You should also have experience managing a team of engineers and developing software in a professional environment. In addition, strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of software engineers to develop innovative and cutting-edge solutions to complex engineering challenges.
2. Develop and maintain high-quality software for the Agoda platform.
3. Design and implement software architecture for new and existing software.
4. Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in engineering processes and tools.
5. Monitor and review software development activities to ensure they are in compliance with established standards and procedures.
6. Collaborate with other engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
7. Mentor and coach junior team members.
8. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and accuracy.
9. Stay up to date on new technologies and industry trends.
10. Lead by example and demonstrate a positive attitude.
