Finance & Accounting Manager

You should have a strong understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of accounting and finance, and be familiar with the latest accounting regulations and standards. Responsibilities:

1. Manage, monitor and analyze all aspects of the financial and accounting processes of the company.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to accounting and finance.
3. Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
4. Develop and implement effective financial control systems and processes.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of investments and other financial activities.
6. Identify areas for cost reduction and performance improvement.
7. Maintain financial records and databases.
8. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
9. Prepare budgets and forecasts.
10. Provide advice and guidance on financial matters and risks.
11. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
12. Support the management team with strategic planning and decision-making.
13. Supervise and mentor junior team members.
