Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused leader to join Agoda as our Director of User Experience Research. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Agoda’s customer experience research initiatives, discovering insights to inform our product and design strategies.The ideal candidate for this role will have an understanding of the customer journey, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience developing and scaling customer research initiatives. You should have a strong track record of bringing innovative solutions to life through customer research and a passion for continuously learning and growing. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.If you’re a motivated, customer-centric leader ready to take on our Director of User Experience Research role, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and evaluate customer experience research initiatives to inform product and design strategies.
  2. Analyze customer journey data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to enhance the user experience.
  3. Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop creative solutions to customer research challenges.
  4. Create and manage customer research budgets and timelines.
  5. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in user experience research.
  6. Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  7. Mentor and coach team members on customer research best practices.
  8. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the user experience research team.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Director of User Experience Research in Bangkok, Thailand is THB 150,000 to THB 350,000 per year.
