Job Description

Agilent Technologies is looking for an experienced Regulatory Expert to join our team and help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This is a critical role that requires a high level of detail-orientation and a passion for industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an applicable regulatory role, including proven experience with regulatory compliance, labeling and documentation. A degree in a related field such as biology, chemistry or engineering is strongly preferred. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a drive to stay up-to-date on the latest regulatory changes. Responsibilites:

  1. Monitor and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Develop, manage and update labeling and documentation.
  3. Regularly assess and evaluate regulatory changes.
  4. Create and implement procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Research and analyze new and existing regulations and provide guidance to the team.
  6. Stay current on industry best practices and trends.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
  8. Manage multiple projects and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure deadlines are met.
  9. Provide training and guidance to team members on regulatory compliance.
  10. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders.
