Job Description

At Agilent Technologies, we are looking for a motivated and highly organized Senior Supplier Quality Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate for this position has a degree in a relevant field, experience in both quality engineering and project management, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They must have a strong attention to detail and be highly organized. Additionally, the successful candidate should have the ability to identify areas of improvement in our suppliers, and be able to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that our suppliers meet the highest standards of quality.
  2. Utilize quality engineering and project management experience to identify areas of improvement in our suppliers.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with established quality guidelines.
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of quality systems and processes.
  6. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies with existing supplier quality standards.
  7. Document supplier quality-related activities and provide regular reports to the Quality Assurance team.
  8. Maintain and update supplier performance records.
  9. Train and mentor team members on supplier quality management and compliance.
  10. Evaluate and implement new quality assurance tools and technologies.
