Job Description

At Agilent Technologies, we are looking for a creative and passionate Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for manufacturing products in the Agilent Technologies portfolio.The successful applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or a related field, experience in a quality engineering or related role, and knowledge of statistical process control. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of manufacturing products.
  2. Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues, and develop solutions to resolve them.
  3. Analyze data and suggest process improvements to ensure product conformance to specifications.
  4. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control and production processes.
  6. Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance.
  7. Train and mentor personnel in quality procedures and standards.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and regulatory standards.
  9. Perform root cause analysis and corrective action for non-conforming products.
  10. Work with suppliers to ensure quality of purchased items.
