Job Description

If so, Agilent Technologies is looking for an experienced Associate Director of Maintenance to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. You will also need to lead the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards and compliant with all applicable regulations.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required, and 8+ years of experience in maintenance and/or production is preferred. Previous experience in a leadership role is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations of the company.
  2. Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and within established time frames.
  3. Lead maintenance team to ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards and compliant with applicable regulations.
  4. Provide guidance and support to maintenance team to ensure objectives are met.
  5. Monitor and assess performance of maintenance team members.
  6. Identify and resolve any maintenance issues or delays in the production process.
  7. Implement strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  8. Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure all maintenance documentation is up-to-date.
  10. Ensure safety standards are met and any safety issues are addressed promptly.
