- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and achieve business growth for the Meritain Pharmacy Solutions division.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including brokers, consultants, and employer groups.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and competitive analysis to expand the division's client base.
- Utilize a consultative and solution-based sales approach to understand client needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market changes to proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities for the division.
- Represent Aetna and the Meritain Pharmacy Solutions division at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our services.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards to ensure ethical and responsible business practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Strategic Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Benefit Management, Including Formulary Management, Utilization Management, And Cost Containment Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Key Decision Makers At Large, Complex Clients.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate The Value Proposition Of Meritain Pharmacy Solutions To Potential Clients.
