Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Assurance Or Related Field, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Management, Business, Or Statistics.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Improvement Methodologies And Tools, Such As Six Sigma, Lean, And Kaizen.
Experience In Leading And Managing Quality Improvement Projects And Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
