- Develop and implement quality improvement plans and strategies to enhance the overall performance of the healthcare services provided by Meritain Health.
- Conduct thorough assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze data and metrics to track progress and identify trends, and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.

- Lead and facilitate quality improvement projects, including coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members and act as a mentor for junior consultants.
10+ Years Of Experience In The Healthcare Industry, With A Focus On Quality Management And Improvement.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Assurance Processes, Including Auditing, Data Analysis, And Performance Metrics.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Quality Improvement Initiatives And Implementing Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
