- Develop and implement strategies to advocate for healthcare providers and improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results within budget and timeline constraints.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that align with Aetna's goals and objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and key stakeholders to drive engagement and foster partnership opportunities.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate project updates and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate providers and internal stakeholders on new processes and initiatives.
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture to promote innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for Aetna to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their full potential through coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Represent Aetna at industry events and conferences to promote our mission and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by participating in cross-functional initiatives and supporting other teams as needed.
