  1. Develop and implement strategies for project and program management to support organizational growth and success.
  2. Lead and manage a team of project managers and program managers to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
  3. Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  6. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  8. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project management team.
  9. Develop and implement project management best practices and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their project management skills and support their professional growth.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management methodologies.
  12. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  13. Communicate project updates and progress to various levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  15. Lead and support change management efforts related to project implementations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project And Program Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Management, Or Project Management. Advanced Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large, Complex Projects And Programs, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Project Managers And Program Managers.

  • Experience With Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma, And Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Software. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
