  1. Conduct data analysis and develop strategic insights to support Aetna's special needs programs.
  2. Utilize a strong analytical mindset to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within special needs data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that improve the lives of individuals with special needs.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current special needs programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of special needs populations, including their unique needs and challenges.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to special needs care.
  7. Present data findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support special needs initiatives.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on special needs programs and provide guidance and support to internal teams.
  10. Collaborate with Aetna's compliance and regulatory teams to ensure special needs programs adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  11. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of special needs programs, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  12. Provide guidance and support to junior analysts on the special needs team.
  13. Keep accurate records and documentation related to special needs programs and data analysis.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement within Aetna's special needs programs.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data privacy.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Or Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Special Needs Population.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Management, Social Work, Or Public Health.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Special Needs Populations, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Advocate For Special Needs Members.
