  • Develop and maintain relationships with public and labor organizations to promote Aetna's products and services
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and provide exceptional customer service
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and retention within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans for each account
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to discuss their needs and provide updates on services and products
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability for Aetna while meeting the needs of the organization
  • Stay informed on industry trends and changes in the public and labor market to effectively advise and assist clients
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Monitor and analyze account performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action
  • Train and mentor junior account management staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge in the public and labor market
  • Represent Aetna at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network of contacts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Public Or Labor Sector Account Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Accounts And Meeting Financial Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Public And Labor Sector Regulations And Policies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
