  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of primary care services provided by our network of providers
  • Monitor and analyze provider performance data and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives
  • Lead and manage a team of primary care performance specialists to support provider performance improvement efforts
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with primary care providers and provide feedback and coaching to drive improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key primary care provider partners
  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and best practices related to primary care and provider performance
  • Advocate for and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement within the primary care network
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality metrics and standards
  • Communicate performance data and progress to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the primary care network
  • Represent Aetna at industry events and conferences related to primary care and provider performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Primary Care Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Quality Metrics And Performance Improvement Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Providers, Colleagues, And External Stakeholders.
