Producer/Consultant Strategy Manager
Act as trusted advisor to Strategic Partnership leadership to develop holistic strategies for producer/consultant partners across all tiers (both at a firm level , and within local market locations. Manage ongoing SWOT analysis of Producer tiers and drill down to perform strategic and financial analysis to identify producer/consultant opportunity areas, determine relevant Aetna positioning to capture those opportunities. Develop and provide producer/consultant reporting and analysis, in coordination with central analytical and strategy resources. Provide ad hoc strategic analysis to vet additional producer/consultant-related investment or incentive requests. Lead strategic projects as required.
6+ years leadership experience
